Cancellation Policy
This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to payments made to LAX Global Talent HQ LLC (“the Company”). By scheduling any event or making a payment, the client (“you”) agrees to the following terms: Payment Terms All fees must be paid in full at the time of the trial, consultation or any other event scheduled Payments may be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc No Refund Policy No- show: Payments are non-refundable if you fail to attend your scheduled trial, training, consultations or any other event / services offered. Missed Event: If you miss your consultation, trial, training or any other event for any reason and do not notify the company within the required time frame (see Section 3), you forfeit the full amount paid. Change of Mind: Payments are non-refundable in cases where a client decides not to proceed with the consultation, trial, training or any other event after payment is made. Rescheduling and Cancellation: You may reschedule your trial, and consultations hosted by the company, if you notify the company at least 2 business days prior. Rescheduling request made less than 2 business days before the amy be denied and treated as a no-show. Trials and consultations organized and hosted by the company can be rescheduled once. Repeated changes may require a new payment. Chargebacks and Dispute By making a payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with the Company Unauthorized charges may result in legal action and/or reporting to relevant agencies Acknowledgement By proceeding with payment, you confirm that: You have read, understood and agreed to the terms above. You understand that payments made are non-refundable under the conditions described, including for no-show. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us before making payment.
