What is an Exit Trial?
Answer: An exit trial is a final arrangement by LAX Academy at the end of your program. Where student-athletes & performers are sent abroad to try out for clubs, colleges/universities, academies, and institutions based on their field.
1. The Process:
Answer: The process of being selected for an exit trial begins the moment you start training and classes at the Academy.
2. Who selects student-athletes for trials?
Answer: Based on your performance, your respective coach or tutor will recommend you to the Academy President for exit trials. The Academy President will then review your performance and assessment since the commencement of the program and make a final decision.
3. How are Student-athletes & Performers selected?
Answer: You are selected based on your ability and performance in your field. You must be performing above 90% to be recommended. This is calculated each semester based on your assessments by your coach/tutor. Assessment dates, times, and types are issued in the syllabus at the start of each semester or when you begin the program.
4. What countries are student-athletes/performers exposed to for exit trials?
Answer: LAX Academy arranges exit trials across USA & Europe.
